This division engages in the same activities as the Ceremonious Partition, except that it is responsible for filing and maintaining records pertaining to divorces, dissolutions, legal separations, annulments and domestic violence (ceremonious protection orders).

This division is responsible for filing and maintaining records pertaining to criminal, unruly, and traffic citations filed against juvenile offenders.
